Traditionally, Siberian Hair Shampoo No. 3, made from burdock propolis, as well as marshmallow extract, caraway and sage oils, has a strong nourishing and regenerating effect on hair. In addition, the shampoo prevents excessive hair loss, strengthens hair, and protects it from damage and external factors. When used regularly with the conditioner from the same series, hair becomes healthy, soft, regenerated, and full of shine.
Active ingredients: Pinus sylvestris resin - as a powerful antioxidant, has anti-inflammatory and nourishing effects on hair. Beeswax - gives hair shine, nourishes and protects it. Flower pollen - contains a high amount of minerals, amino acids, and vitamins essential for a healthy appearance of hair and skin. Burdock - prevents excessive hair loss and dandruff, has antiseptic and cleansing properties, regulates sebum secretion, soothes irritated scalp, and tones it. Organic marshmallow extract - has a moisturizing, protective, and softening effect on hair. Sage oil - has cleansing and toning properties. Willow bud resin - improves blood circulation in the scalp, oxygenates and nourishes hair follicles.
How to use: apply to damp hair, massage until foamy, rinse thoroughly.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:

Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
