Postbiotic (Duoferm Kombu) is a fermented black tea extract rich in organic acids and vitamins. Kombucha contains natural acids, such as acetic acid and gluconic acid, which gently exfoliate the skin, stimulate cell renewal, and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Antioxidants in kombucha, such as vitamin C, protect the skin from free radical and UV damage, helping to prevent premature aging and maintain a youthful appearance. Kombucha is rich in vitamins and minerals that hydrate the skin and support its natural protective barrier. The result is firm and radiant skin.
Bakuchiol is an extract from the Psoralea corylifolia plant, which is a natural alternative to retinol. It is a multifunctional ingredient widely used in skincare:
- For visible signs of aging, such as wrinkles and fine lines;
- When tightening and improvement of elasticity are required;
- For skin prone to imperfections, dull, graying, and lackluster skin.
The facial cleansing gel effectively cleanses the skin of impurities and makeup. Thanks to its specially developed formula, it does not dry out the skin and maintains its natural protective barrier.
Directions for use:
Apply the cleansing gel to damp skin with gentle, circular massaging motions. Rinse with water. For best results, use twice a day.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
