The formula, based on active acids, effectively exfoliates and removes dead skin, calluses, and corns on the heels. The product is enriched with betaine, lime, blueberry, and orange extracts, which additionally nourish, support regeneration, and smooth the skin of the heel. Menthol provides a feeling of freshness and comfort. Urea has a strong moisturizing and softening effect.
After the exfoliation procedure, heels become noticeably smoother, softer, and more elastic.
Skin on the heels begins to peel 5–14 days after use. Do not use pumice stones, graters, or other tools to remove calluses during the procedure. The duration of the exfoliation process depends on the condition of the foot skin before the procedure.
To maintain the effect of smooth feet, the procedure can be repeated every 30 days.
After finishing the exfoliation, it is recommended to use L'biotica softening heel patches to enhance the effect.
Simple application, precise adhesion to the heel, and convenient fastening in the form of a protective sticker ensure comfort during use.

How to use:
Wash and dry your feet. Carefully remove the product from the packaging and place the soaked patch on the heel (STEP 1).
Open the protective cover (STEP 2) and wrap it around the heel with the soaked patch. Secure the material with the fastening sticker.
Leave on the heels for 90–120 minutes, depending on the condition of the heels.
Remove the patches and wash off the remaining liquid with warm water. Skin on the heels begins to peel 5–14 days after use.
Important: Product intended for external use. Use only as directed, no more than once every 30 days. Do not use on irritated or damaged skin. Keep out of reach of children. Use immediately after opening the packaging. Do not use on children under 3 years of age.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
