Atgriežamām vai apmaināmām kvalitatīvām precēm jābūt:

• Nebojāts un labā stāvoklī (etiķetes nedrīkst būt noņemtas vai bojātas, aizsargplēves nedrīkst būt saplēstas utt.).

Prece jāatgriež:
