Coconut oil shampoo is intended for dry, curly hair that requires gentle cleansing. The shampoo formula is specially designed for hair that needs gentle cleansing without over-drying. It features a gentle cleansing base along with moisturizing and strengthening agents. It cleanses gently, and thanks to the mild cleansing base, it does not dry out the hair and reduces frizz. Coconut oil maintains the proper moisture level. The foundation of hair care is proper, gentle cleansing, which not only perfectly prepares the hair for further care steps but also does not damage the delicate hair structure. The Dr. Sante shampoo is based on natural coconut oil, which improves hair condition and serves as an excellent cleansing base. Coconut oil smooths hair cuticles, restores shine, and makes hair extremely soft and easy to style. The shampoo also increases the hair's resistance to damage.
Usage:
Apply to damp hair, massage until it lathers, and rinse with water.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
