The color of the mixture looks different than before, but the coloring result remains the same if the mixture is not washed off before 30 minutes have passed.
Safety information
Important: follow the recommendations for use. Be sure to perform an allergy test 48 hours beforehand. Recommendations for use: hair dyes can cause severe allergic reactions. Please read and follow the instructions. The product is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. Temporary tattoos made with black henna may increase the risk of allergy. Do not color your hair if: - there is a rash on your face or your scalp is sensitive, irritated, or damaged; - you have ever had a reaction to hair coloring; - you have had a reaction to a temporary tattoo made with black henna in the past. An allergy test must be performed 48 hours before each use of this product (follow the instructions for use). Remember to purchase this product in advance so that you can perform the allergy test 48 hours before use. The developer cream contains hydrogen peroxide. The coloring cream contains phenylenediamines, resorcinol, ammonia. Avoid contact with eyes, do not use on eyebrows and eyelashes. If it gets into your eyes, rinse them immediately with water. Use the protective gloves included in the box. Rinse hair well after use. Wait 15 days after perming or permanent straightening before applying hair dye. Do not use if hair has previously been colored with henna or progressive coloring. Keep out of reach of children. Follow the instructions for use.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
