TEMPORARY “BLACK HENNA” TATTOOS MAY INCREASE YOUR RISK OF ALLERGY. Do not color your hair if: you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp; you have ever experienced any reaction after coloring your hair; you have experienced a reaction to a temporary “black henna” tattoo in the past. IGNORING AN ALLERGY CAN BE LIFE-THREATENING. YOU MUST CONDUCT A SKIN ALLERGY TEST 48 HOURS BEFORE EACH USE OF THIS PRODUCT, even if you have already used coloring products before. Remember to buy the product 48 hours in advance (read and follow the instructions on the leaflet). In case of any reaction or doubt, consult a doctor before using any hair coloring product. The developer contains hydrogen peroxide. The coloring gel contains: phenylenediamines, ammonia. •Wear the protective gloves provided in the box. Avoid contact with eyes, do not use for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows. Rinse eyes immediately if product comes into contact with them. Rinse hair well after application. Do not use after an intense hair straightening procedure (using alkaline technology). Wait 15 days after bleaching, perming, or chemical straightening (using thiol or cysteine technology) before applying hair color. Do not use if hair has been colored with henna or with a progressive hair colorant. Keep out of reach of children.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:

• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
