Before the first use, perform a simple allergy test at home - apply a small piece of the tape to your chest and observe the skin's reaction after 24 hours. Remove immediately if irritation occurs. Use on clean, dry, and undamaged skin. Application on sweaty skin or skin covered with cosmetics may hinder the tape's adhesion. Using the tape during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended. Before application, you can use additional protection for the nipples, such as cotton pads. Prepare the appropriate amount of cut pieces of tape. Remember that it is elastic, so adjust the length of the sections being applied to your chosen taping method and the unique shape and size of your breasts. Try to achieve the same degree of tension during application. Do not leave it on the skin for more than 12 hours. If it is difficult to remove the tape, first moisten it with oil or lotion, then remove it slowly and gently.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
