The purpose of the gel is daily face and eye washing and makeup removal, intended for acne-prone, oily skin with imperfections. After use, the skin becomes smoother and cleaner than ever before. It is made from natural ingredients and coconut-based cleansers, making it extremely gentle.
Key active ingredients:
PYRUVIC ACID - regulates the activity of sebaceous glands and cleanses pores. It has antibacterial and exfoliating properties.
SHIKIMIC ACID - has anti-inflammatory properties and facilitates the unblocking of clogged sebaceous gland openings. It causes a visible reduction in the number of inflammatory papules and prevents their further formation.
CHAMOMILE EXTRACT - soothes skin irritation and has anti-inflammatory properties.
OAK BARK EXTRACT - has soothing and astringent properties, providing relief for inflammatory conditions.

Return policy
The Buyer may not return the following goods:
• Medicinal products (prescription and non-prescription).
• Reimbursable medical devices.
• Goods that the Buyer has used or damaged, whose packaging the Buyer has damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to other actions of the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. missing parts, no instructions for use or warranty card).
• Other goods whose return the seller may refuse under EU legislation.
Goods are considered of proper quality if:
• The expiry date has not passed.
• They contain no prohibited substances.
• They were stored under proper conditions until handed over to the Buyer.
• The goods are not mechanically damaged and their packaging is intact.
Conditions for returned or exchanged goods
Goods of proper quality that are returned or exchanged must be:
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.).
• Unused.
Important:
The Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Shipping costs – both for delivering the goods to the Buyer and for returning them – are not refunded.
Goods must be returned:
• In the original, unopened packaging.
• Complete, exactly as received.
• Together with the proof of purchase, the warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept or exchange the goods and to refuse a refund if:
• The packaging has been opened.
• The goods are incomplete.
• The goods are damaged or defective.
• The goods are not properly packed.
