Usage:

Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush and brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes, reaching every surface. Use a minimum of 2 times a day, morning and evening.

Warnings:

In children under six, use a pea-sized amount of paste under adult supervision to minimize the risk of ingestion. When taking fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor. Contains sodium fluoride (1450 ppm fluoride).
