Usage:

Apply a small amount of the scrub to your eyebrows and use a cotton bud or cotton swab to gently massage in circular motions. Leave the scrub on for a while then wash off with a cotton swab soaked in water. Avoid the area around the eyes (if it gets into the eye, rinse generously with water).
