Usage:

Apply twice a day. For optimal effectiveness, stashes in the morning and evening after brushing teeth. Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml each) into a cup, rinse the teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out the liquid. For children between the ages of 6 and 12, use 10 ml of the liquid.
