Vitamin D is essential for the smooth functioning of the immune system and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. OSAVI ADEK vitamins are in easy-to-swallow softgel capsules filled with MCT oil derived exclusively from oil produced from the fruits of coconut palms (Cocos nucifera). The recommended daily dose (1 capsule), which we recommend taking with or immediately after a meal, contains 800 μg of vitamin A, 12 mg of vitamin E, 75 μg of vitamin K (100% RI), and 1000 IU = 25 μg of vitamin D3 (500% RI).
