Learn more about this product Softgel food supplement with natural beta-carotene from D. salina algae (provitamin A), naturally sourced vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), and vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), dissolved in MCT oil from coconut. Would you like to improve your immunity and take care of the condition of your muscles, joints, and bones? Or are you looking for a way to maintain healthy skin? Reach for a complex of four fat-soluble vitamins. ADEK vitamins can support your body in various ways. Each substance has specific properties - using them together can show synergistic effects. Vitamin A and vitamin D are responsible for the proper functioning of the immune system and are also involved in the cell division process. Meanwhile, vitamin D, together with vitamin K, helps maintain healthy bones. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of optimal mucosal condition, supports skin health and proper vision, and also supports proper iron metabolism. Beta-carotene from algae - the most active isomer of vitamin A, a provitamin, and its main source - contributes to increasing basic skin protection against UV rays and has a positive effect on its health and appearance. Studies have shown that beta-carotene supplementation provides protection against sunburn, skin damage, and premature aging, even during intense sun exposure. Vitamin D is essential for the smooth functioning of the immune system and for maintaining healthy bones and teeth. Studies show that the so-called sunshine vitamin can reduce the risk of infections and also contribute to increasing bone mineral density. Furthermore, it supports proper muscle function by influencing their strength and neuromuscular coordination. It is also responsible for maintaining optimal blood calcium levels and proper utilization of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. It belongs to the group of antioxidants - it is the most abundant fat-soluble antioxidant in tissues - and its consumption supports balance in the body. Vitamin K is involved in the proper blood clotting process and has a positive effect on the skeleton. Menaquinone-7 (MK-7) - one of the forms of vitamin K2 - has been proven to have the highest bioavailability and can promote bone health. Insufficient intake of ADEK vitamins can lead to various undesirable symptoms. Vitamin A deficiency is linked to the development of dry eye syndrome (xerophthalmia), night blindness, as well as an increased risk of respiratory diseases and anemia. The best sources of this vitamin are beef, fish, eggs, dairy products (e.g., cheese, yogurt), and green leafy vegetables (e.g., spinach). Vitamin A in the diet appears in two forms: preformed vitamin A and provitamin A carotenoids. Beta-carotene is one of the main carotenoids - you can find it in our supplement. Too little vitamin D in the body can contribute to disturbances in bone tissue mineralization, leading to skeletal deformities and an increased risk of osteoporosis and osteopenia. Supplementing its deficiency through diet is not easy, as few food products contain it. Sources of vitamin D from the sun are fatty fish (such as salmon, trout, mackerel, and tuna) and fish liver oils. This vitamin appears in food products and food supplements mainly in two forms: ergocalciferol (D2) and cholecalciferol (D3). It is usually obtained through exposure to sunlight. Vitamin E deficiency is not common. Symptoms of insufficient intake of this youth vitamin include peripheral neuropathy, ataxia, retinopathy, and immune system disorders. The best sources of this compound are nuts (such as hazelnuts) and seeds (such as sunflower seeds). D-alpha-tocopherol (the natural and easily absorbable form of vitamin E) can also be found in vegetable oils (such as soybean, wheat germ, and sunflower oil) and green leafy vegetables (such as spinach). Vitamin K has two natural forms: K1 (phylloquinone) and K2 (menaquinone). Menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is a highly bioavailable form of vitamin K2. Deficiency of this compound can lead to reduced bone mineralization and bleeding disorders. It appears mainly in fermented foods (such as natto) and animal-based products. ADEK vitamins are a combination of four substances: natural beta-carotene from Dunaliella salina algae (provitamin A), a stable and bioavailable form of vitamin D3 naturally sourced from lanolin (Quali®-D), the natural and best-absorbed form of vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), and a highly absorbable form of vitamin K2 (K2VITAL®MK7). OSAVI ADEK vitamins are in easy-to-swallow softgel capsules filled with MCT oil derived exclusively from oil produced from the fruits of the coconut palm (Cocos nucifera). The recommended daily dose (1 capsule), which we recommend taking with a meal or immediately after it, contains 800 μg of vitamin A, 12 mg of vitamin E, 75 μg of vitamin K (100% RI), and 1000 IU = 25 μg of vitamin D3 (500% RI). Why might someone benefit from A D E K vitamin supplementation? - Vitamin A and vitamin D contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. - Vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. - Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal teeth and normal muscle function. - Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, skin, and vision. - Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. What makes the softgel A D E K vitamins special? - Contains a mixture of four ADEK vitamins. - Quali®-D is a stable and bioavailable form of vitamin D3, naturally sourced from lanolin. - D-alpha-tocopherol - the natural, best-absorbed form of vitamin E. - Natural beta-carotene from Dunaliella salina algae (provitamin A). - Contains highly bioavailable vitamin K2 (K2VITAL® MK7). - The MCT oil in the supplement is derived exclusively from oil produced from the fruits of the coconut palm (Cocos nucifera). - In the form of easy-to-swallow softgel capsules. - Packaging made from BioPET (30% of plastic is derived from sugarcane). - Sugar-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free, GMO-free.
